Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Transcribe information into required electronic formats and scan documents into document management systems or databases. Check completed work for accuracy, storing completed documents in designated locations and maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support. Print information when required and comply with data integrity and security policies, maintaining the confidentiality and security of our data. Maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
