**Experienced Data Entry Associate – Remote Opportunity for US Residents**

As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database. * Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. * Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database. * Reviewing data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications. * Following data program security practices and procedures at all times. * Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily. * Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required. * Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPPA regulations. * Performing other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Education and/or Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. * **Experience in a Medical Office**: While experience in a medical office is preferred, it is not required.
