**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Digital Database Management and Customer Service**

Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact, and we're excited to have you join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our digital database. Your responsibilities will include: * Researching new accounts and enriching company information to enhance our database * Performing routine database maintenance, including imports, data entry, and contact merges * Providing exceptional customer service to our subscriber community, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Compiling standard promotional list pulls using multi-field, multi-value, and advanced logic * Processing renewal tip-ons, including scanning, qualification, data entry, and filing * Evaluating title and agency functions to code demographic information * Verifying a high volume of contact roles weekly to maintain an up-to-date directory of contacts * Locating contacts through websites and external directories or lists * Coordinating gift card distribution for incentivized projects * Providing support with custom projects as needed **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail * Fast typing skills, with knowledge of the touch typing system strongly preferred * Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel * Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices * Basic understanding of databases and data management principles * Good command of English, both oral and written, and excellent customer service skills * High school degree or equivalent **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
