You'll be responsible for accurately documenting In-Home Usage Tests, taking care of products being tested, and following specific instructions provided by our market research partners. If you're detail-oriented, curious, and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) * Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly * Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) * Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) * Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested **Requirements** * Ability to follow specific instructions * Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit * Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine * Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection * Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures * Honesty and reliability are essential * Good communication skills are an asset * 18 years or older **Benefits** * Very competitive pay rate ($25-$45 per hour) * Weekly pay * Flexible work schedule to suit your needs * Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry * Telecommute (work from home, work, or school) * Most of the time, you can keep the product you tested **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a unique opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule.
