**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – High Volume Database Management and Customer Liaison**

As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for capturing and updating data into our databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with employees and customers to collect information, identify and correct errors, and provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform high-volume data entry work in EMR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data prior to entry * Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing routine clerical and data entry functions * Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties * Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary * Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established procedures * Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures * Perform daily audits and data entry corrections to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Collaborate with employees and customers to collect information and update databases * Ensure timely data entry and file management, including deleting data entry errors and entering corrections **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors * Proficiency in data entry software and computer systems, including EMR systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service * Knowledge of data program techniques and established procedures * Experience training new employees on computer systems and data entry procedures * Certification in data entry or a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in data entry software and computer systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
