Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a leader in the industry. **Position Summary** As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by updating and maintaining information in our databases, preparing documentation for filing, and providing administrative support as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Responsibilities** * Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Obtain all necessary supporting information and documentation to ensure efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents. * Respond promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, providing clear and concise information. * Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. * Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy. * Liaise with internal clients to clarify issues and resolve concerns. * Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols, ensuring easy access and retrieval. * Calculate income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions. * Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. * Create all documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). * Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software), maintaining client confidentiality and protecting operations. * Liaise with external clients to clarify outstanding documents and resolve issues. * Perform electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals. * Other tasks may be assigned as necessary, requiring flexibility and adaptability. **Qualifications** * Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy. * Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset. * Able to work independently and efficiently, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others. * Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members. **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** * Flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. * Vacation and wellness days, ensuring you have time to relax and recharge. * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan, to support your physical and mental well-being. * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources, providing support and guidance when needed. * Company matching retirement savings plan, helping you plan for your future. * Financial support for professional development, enabling you to grow and advance in your career. * Annual company events, fostering a sense of community and connection with your colleagues. * Exclusive access to perks and discounts, enhancing your overall work experience. **Our Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity** At blithequark, we believe in creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment, where everyone feels valued and respected.
