As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data related to warehouse operations, including tracking inventory, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately and efficiently process data related to warehouse operations, including tracking inventory, managing shipments, and maintaining accurate records * Review and verify all inbound and outbound trailers, including trailer numbers, seal numbers, trailer status, and load information * Log trailer status and communicate with other teams, including switchers, dock managers, and transportation coordinators * Direct drivers to suitable areas in the yard for the drop-off and pick-up of trailers * Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure a smooth flow of operations * Complete all necessary paperwork, records, and documentation accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in data entry, warehousing, and logistics * Ability to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, and stay at work longer than required as needed * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other administrative/organizational tools * Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to focus on and perform multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) * Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer screen, phone headset, and phone system * Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours * Ability to perform all listed duties regardless of facilities **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment * Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
