Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote work opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training and support. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Process the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks, as requested Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related area (preferred but not required) Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans (preferred but not required) Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communication and customer service skills Data analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
