About the Role As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include: Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, business partners, or other stakeholders Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Reviewing and maintaining equity administration procedures and documentation Performing other equity plan administration tasks, as requested Qualifications & Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or related field preferred Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Essential Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills: Strong attention to detail Clear communicator Data analysis skills Customer service focus What We Offer At The Coca-Cola Company, we're committed to empowering our employees to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.
