Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our Transitional Care team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, processing new business leads, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Provide customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, providing timely updates and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed. Display a sense of urgency when processing leads, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that our customers receive the highest level of service. Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge per the data entry expectation list, ensuring that all records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Demonstrate knowledge of different payer types across different levels of senior care, ensuring that all customers receive accurate and informed guidance. Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals, ensuring that all customers receive the support and guidance they need. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous healthcare admissions, marketing, or sales experience, preferably in a senior care setting. You will also need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records are also essential for this role.
