Job Overview The Data Entry Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. As the go-to person for price change related issues and questions, you will serve as a liaison between our merchants and stores, ensuring that all cost changes are updated accurately and efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting specific business divisions in General Merchandise, with opportunities for cross-training to assist other divisions throughout the fiscal year. Key Responsibilities Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues promptly. Comprehend complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, making adjustments as necessary. Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity. Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless financial operations. Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support the team. Perform additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success of the business. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field. You will have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and be proficient in using various software applications. As a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, you will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline). 1-2 years of experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality. Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar software applications. Knowledge of promotional pricing strategies and complex price change management.
