Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a track record of accuracy and excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
