Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Client Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that are critical to the success of our client management operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, including contact information, preferences, and other relevant details Facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals, managing shipping instruction requests, and generating comprehensive reports Adding and modifying client information, maintaining mailing list entries, and processing bidder/show cards and sales tax information Addressing client survey feedback and undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary to support the team and contribute to the growth of blithequark In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills A positive outlook and a commitment to learning, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required In addition to these technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.
