Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits. Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure quality. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Applying data program techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with best practices in data entry and management. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining organized digital and physical files. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in keyboarding and data entry software. Basic knowledge of touch typing systems and database management tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards.
