Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Your primary responsibilities will include studying and learning our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, transferring data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets, and reviewing existing data to verify accuracy and completeness. Key Responsibilities Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure efficient data entry and management. Transfer data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets in preparation for loading into the PLM system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Review existing data in the PLM system to verify accuracy and completeness, updating accordingly to maintain data integrity. Participate in meetings with management and provide status updates, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry and management principles. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
