Experienced Data Entry Specialist for Alternate Investments – Remote Opportunity for Career Growth and Development

Job Overview In this role, you will be accountable for processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents. You will also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity. As a data entry specialist, you will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle and reconcile transactions, and process and reconcile returns activity Analyze complex and escalated issues, perform testing and validation of new technology enhancements, and provide solutions to management Review and analyze client and advisor account exceptions, regulatory commitments, and tax coding corrections Reconcile breaks across BOS and fund companies, and provide follow-up on alternative investment moves to expedite client requests or remediate issues Respond to business partner inquiries regarding fund information requirements and eligibility Promptly and accurately complete client investing and dividend requests Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Basic knowledge of financial concepts, including investments, trading, and reconciliation Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry, financial services, or a related field Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including 2340 and 15C3-3 Experience with technology enhancements, including testing and validation Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Ability to work in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, with ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
