As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our user interface, ensuring the highest level of data quality. Key Responsibilities Analyze documents to identify relevant data to add into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents. Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation. Articulate data transformation processes clearly and effectively. Take on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Work independently with limited oversight, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Utilize provided resources to answer questions before seeking assistance, showcasing self-motivation and resourcefulness. Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, ensuring high-quality work and productivity. Complete items within the Data Entry queue, maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: A High School diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products. Strong critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work independently with limited oversight, while also being a team player. A willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects. An uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience and skills are highly valued: Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in data entry and comparison. Previous data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
