Key Responsibilities Collect and enter data for assigned projects with high accuracy and efficiency Create high-quality Amazon listings that meet our standards and requirements Share responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and procedures Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as needed Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality results Manage Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, with experience creating high-quality listings and managing account health Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files, with strong research and analytical skills Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Reliable attendance and work history, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives Capable of working independently most of the time, with strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required Education and Qualifications The following education and qualifications are required for this role: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry, Amazon listings, or a related field Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Compensation and Hours The compensation for this role is negotiable and dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a training schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. The first 90 days will be an on-site training period, with equipment for remote work provided upon successful completion of the training period. The hybrid schedule will be 1 day at home, 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability, with a flexible schedule available with manager approval following the initial 120-day period.
