Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. As a key member of the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and work towards common goals. Key Responsibilities Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the company Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: No experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on quality Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for discrepancies and errors Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with accuracy and efficiency Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a data entry or legal document management role, with a strong understanding of industry processes and procedures Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with online platforms and tools, including e-filing systems and document management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and a focus on quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
