About the Role: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications, including: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a foundation in basic education. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute or more, enabling efficient data entry and processing.
