Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist - Remote We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico. As a remote team member, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation for our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating a foundation in basic education Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, showcasing attention to detail and focus Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of precision in your work Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Typing speed of 60 words per minute or higher, enabling efficient data entry and processing Preferred qualifications include prior experience in data entry, legal document processing, or a related field, as well as familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
