Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, define, and capture business needs, ensuring that customer data is accurately captured and transformed into valuable insights. Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Utilize big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of not less than 3+ years. Active collaboration with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
