As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of air travel. **Group Stage QMO: Quality Management Office** While the Quality Management Office is part of the Innovation space, we primarily focus on the application side. This region is responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications that our Teams (airline stewards and pilots) use for their daily tasks. Without guaranteeing that these applications are of excellent quality, this could cause issues in flight, which, in turn, will affect operations. These applications are critical to the expected flight arrangement of uses. Our daily occupation is to work with Cases (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test the application as they are making changes. We are also responsible for metrics to showcase progress and ensure Administration is aware of how testing is going. **Client and Business: Southwest Getaways (SWAV)** The Southwest Getaways Group is at the forefront of creating a new, revenue-generating product for Southwest beyond its core air product.
