Your key responsibilities will include: * Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients and ensure consistency in our responses * Participating in online surveys and product/service testimonials to gather valuable insights * Collaborating with our team to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback * Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in online market research and customer service **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Computer Literacy**: Intermediate working ability degree is a minimum requirement.
