Job Overview As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system, identify document types, and review and verify the quality of entered data. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, and collaborating professionally with other team members to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Identify document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards, suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes as needed. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest levels of data security and integrity. Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work. Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, maintaining a high level of productivity and responsibility. Perform other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role. Compensation and Schedule At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package to our Data Entry Specialists. The pay rate for this role is $12 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available. We prefer full-time candidates, but we also offer part-time opportunities for those who require a more flexible schedule. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with available shifts varying between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Proficiency in reading and speaking English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Typing Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following typing requirements: WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, demonstrating high levels of typing speed and accuracy.
