You'll work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions that meet their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Design and develop packages for internal clients * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field * Strong experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications * Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) * Strong programming skills in languages like ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript * Strong database knowledge, including MS SQL Server and Transact SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Experience with databases like Hadoop and Oracle * Strong knowledge of development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL * Experience with Crystal Reporting is a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
