Your key responsibilities will include: * **Inputting data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms**: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. * **Checking completed work for accuracy and ensuring data integrity**: Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all data is accurate and consistent, and that any errors or discrepancies are identified and corrected promptly. * **Generating reports and performing data analysis as required**: You'll be responsible for generating reports and performing data analysis to help inform business decisions and drive growth. * **Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company information**: You'll be entrusted with sensitive company information, and you'll be responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and security at all times. * **Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files**: You'll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues seeking information, and you'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to their queries. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position**: You'll need to have a strong background in data entry, with experience in a similar role or industry. * **Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred**: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately, with a strong understanding of touch typing principles. * **Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)**: You'll need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook. * **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy**: You'll need to be meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. * **Strong written and verbal communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, both in writing and verbally. * **High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional computer training or certification a plus. **Experience** While not essential, previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
