Job Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records * Perform other duties as required Qualifications: * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with online platforms and tools a plus What We Offer: * Competitive starting pay of $12.00 per hour * Retirement plan with 5% matching * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 10 paid holidays per year * Referral program * Work from home flexibility * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunity to work with a national leader in the legal services industry Why Join blithequark?
