About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value deals that enhance our product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience for our customers. You'll be responsible for identifying product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to our platform, ultimately maximizing our product offerings and customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts. Identify, prospect, and acquire high-quality sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications. The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be highly motivated to succeed. Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with comfort working with complex financial data. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of e-commerce experience. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3+ years of direct sales experience.
