Key Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts. Identify, prospect, and acquire high-quality sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications. The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be highly motivated to succeed. Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with comfort working with complex financial data. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 2+ years of e-commerce experience. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector. 3+ years of direct sales experience.
