As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. You will also be required to interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management, as well as escalate any serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader. **Responsibilities** As a data entry specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines * Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents * Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management * Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader * Carry out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management * Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures * Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS * Use the system to verify customer records * Set up DCS screens * Transmit data to customers * Research and resolve system data issues **Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills, requirements, and competencies: * Good customer service behaviors * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization * Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Effective communication skills * Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role * IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Benefits** As a data entry specialist at blithequark, you will enjoy the following benefits: * Earn part-time income from the comfort of your home * Work on your time – you work when you want * Learn new skills, get access to in-demand work-from-home jobs * No dress code – work in your PJs or work in a suit – you choose * Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple Team Members * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Must be able to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we pride ourselves on creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and stimulating.
