As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Working on various projects and tasks related to RxClaim, including enterprise requirement determinations, clinical adjudication tasks, and root cause analysis for override issues * Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues related to PAs (Prior Authorizations) * Supporting CAPAS (Clinical Adjudication and Prior Authorization System) carrier catalog offerings and implementing progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations * Assisting with the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process * Demonstrating arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability, in a matrixed environment * Articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical users and making strategic decisions based on validated reasoning and good judgment **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills * Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical users * Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse * Experience using MS Access database **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development.
