Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to provide essential business decisions. Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table. Developing data visualization to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges. Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis and establishing credibility. Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition). Documenting your strategies and sharing your expertise with colleagues. Mentoring colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience). Creativity with a User Experience basis to enhance impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience). Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems. A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau. Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations. Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
