As a Data Lead on our Studio Data Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our content is accurate, complete, and connected, from pitch to play. **The Role** As a Data Lead, you'll be responsible for providing close-to-term and long-term strategic thinking for deal information needs across the studio, including information quality and information education. You'll create quarterly goals to meet near and long-term business objectives and lead the execution of roadmap initiatives. You'll also act as the primary information entity subject-matter expert professionally across the studio, consulting with product control, engineers, designers, and stakeholders on work related to deal information. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide close-to-term and long-term strategic thinking for deal information needs across the studio, including information quality and information education * Create quarterly goals to meet near and long-term business objectives and lead the execution of roadmap initiatives * Act as the primary information entity subject-matter expert professionally across the studio, consulting with product control, engineers, designers, and stakeholders on work related to deal information * Work with product control, product DSE, and other partners to outline, create, examine, and document metrics that provide visibility into diverse dimensions of information quality * Independently outline and enforce methods to scale information quality work efficiently * Lead information quality tasks to support product development and to enhance foundational information quality, developing distinct plans that identify business impact, timelines, and risks and executing work * Manage stakeholder requests and pressure stakeholder alignment when needed * Act as an aid for responding to users' information-related support requests * Partner with business groups to create and enforce more efficient processes, best information practices, and educational documentation **Required Qualifications** * 6+ years of experience working in data management with databases and/or content management systems * Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesize data across a broad environment to diagnose issues and devise solutions * Strong expertise in workflow and ability to understand inefficiencies * General expertise in the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content * Knowledge of information lifecycle and information governance concepts * Excellent time-control and project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for multiple tasks * Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences * Flexible in an evolving environment * Proficiency with Google Suite and table-based total packages (e.g. Excel, Airtable) **Additive Skills** * Experience with SQL * Experience working with product, engineering, and customer service groups * Experience in legal operations or studio operations * Experience working at a studio, distributor, movie sales, manufacturing company, agency, control corporation, or other entertainment operation **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a unique culture and environment that's unlike any other company in the industry.
