Job Overview: Data Modeler and Innovator blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeler to join our Design and Enablement Services team. As a Data Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and strategic initiatives across our Global Ground portfolio. This position is centered on long-term data engineering and strategy, requiring a deep understanding of data modeling, integration concepts, and architectural principles. Key Responsibilities • Ensure overall data management concerns are addressed in the solution, including data acquisition, organization, administration, quality, dissemination, storage, security, and metadata management. • Align data and information models to enterprise, solution, and technical structures at the portfolio and solution train levels. • Lead the identification of reusable data services to accelerate the delivery of significant value and eliminate data replication. • Collaborate with design DBAs and solution architects to provide guidance on logical designs and changes to implemented data structures. • Provide applied and detailed design of data structures for data at rest (databases) and data in motion (API interfaces, messages). • Establish and accurately document data lineage in the context of solution architecture, data analysis, and blithequark's three-level architecture. • Collaborate with data analytics associations and business areas to leverage data lakes to derive insights into operational efficiencies. • Define architectural patterns and stage rules to ingest and operationalize data scientific capabilities. • Support affected application developers and coordinated release trains during implementation. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: • A four-year college education in Software Engineering, Designing, Data Frameworks, or equivalent proper preparation or work insight. • Five (5) years of comparable work insight in data innovation or designing climate. • A connected postgraduate education may counterbalance the connected experience prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly regarded: • Experience across all periods of information displaying, from conceptualization to data set streamlining. • Top-to-bottom information on information reconciliation ideas, approaches, and instruments to carry out information combination methodology effectively. • Knowledge of administration-arranged design (SOA), microservices, and information administrations. • Experience with business and endeavor engineering structures like BIZBOK and TOGAF. • Familiar comprehension of best practices for supporting information lakes, shared aspects, and logical designs. • Working information on information displaying devices (ideally Sparx, emergency room/Studio). • Involved insight with different information innovations including Prophet, Data Stax/Cassandra, Redis, Kafka (no less than 3 years).
