Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in AI and machine learning to join our team. As an AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with our team of experts to develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our IT operations. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing AI and machine learning models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with our team to implement and deploy these solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI and machine learning models using various techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Work with large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that improve the efficiency and reliability of our IT operations. Collaborate with our team of experts to implement and deploy AI and machine learning solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, and model deployment. Develop and maintain high-quality code, including data pipelines, machine learning models, and data visualizations. Work closely with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines that support our AI and machine learning initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation for our AI and machine learning solutions, including data dictionaries, model documentation, and deployment guides. Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize AI and machine learning initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including new techniques, tools, and technologies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. 2+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, including experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. 2+ years of experience with programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and other relevant languages. 2+ years of experience with data extraction, processing, and analysis, including experience with large datasets and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction. Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. Experience with specialized tools and technologies, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn. Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js. Experience with cloud-based platforms, including GCP, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
