Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that drive business success Develop models using machine learning, deep learning, and other similar technologies to predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Design, code, test, debug, and document AI and machine learning solutions Collaborate with colleagues to integrate purchased solutions into our existing infrastructure Support the deployment of systems into production, including integration with existing systems Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in AI with domain knowledge and experience in the following areas: data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction and analysis, supervised learning 2+ years of experience in a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, etc. 2+ years of experience in data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals Strong attention to detail and ability to carefully and accurately research future solutions and current issues Strong work ethic and drive to deliver high-quality results Passion for delivering exceptional products and services to clients Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Experience handling data from multiple sources and through large data platforms (such as GCP, AWS, etc.) Experience building scalable AI models and solutions Experience investigating and implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, or other customized solutions that demonstrate significant impact in solving complex business problems Experience optimizing existing data pipelines by investigating unstructured data sources and designing new features Ability to offer technical support and expertise to the wider team Graduate degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field Knowledge of AI, data mining, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and competencies: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Strong data analysis and visualization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals Strong attention to detail and ability to carefully and accurately research future solutions and current issues Strong work ethic and drive to deliver high-quality results Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
