As a key member of our Innovation Design team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive data strategies that drive business growth and inform data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute comprehensive data strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and industry best practices * Supervise the collection, storage, and management of large datasets, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory norms (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) * Investigate complex datasets, identify patterns, and extract meaningful insights to inform data-driven decision making * Use advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings to key stakeholders * Execute processes and procedures to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the data lifecycle * Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to understand data needs, address challenges, and support data-driven decision making * Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Lead the implementation of data management systems and infrastructure upgrades on a case-by-case basis * Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and track progress towards business objectives.
