You'll be the face of arenaflex, building trust and loyalty with our customers through your expertise, empathy, and passion for delivering outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence * Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions * Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital environment * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats and tasks simultaneously * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 55 WPM (words per minute) * Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload * Ability to hardwire your internet connection for optimal performance * Availability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, between 8am-7pm Central Time (Monday-Sunday) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a managerial, supervisor, or team lead role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms * Familiarity with footwear industry products and services * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 55 WPM (words per minute) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats and tasks simultaneously * Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, such as chat software and email clients **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
