Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team to develop and implement marketing programs that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will assist our Mission Managers in the development and planning of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and analysis of campaign performance. As a Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating effort reports, utilizing Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creatives, and assisting with CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with different blithequark Specialty Units to gather and prepare/trade resources for campaign execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Dreamweaver and Photoshop, to develop email marketing creatives and trade resource expectations Assist with CRM testing, campaign QA, and provide insights into campaigns from performance data Develop and maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and paid search Analyze campaign performance data and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies.
