Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced professional who is passionate about digital marketing and has excellent written English skills. As a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, communicating directly with clients, and performing a range of tasks, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads management, customer support, graphic design, and administrative work. You will need to be highly organized, self-directed, and able to work autonomously, with excellent attention to detail and a quick learning ability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple projects, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, Basecamp Perform tasks and coordinate the work of others, including graphic design, administrative work, and customer support Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and shopping campaigns Provide excellent customer support, responding to customer queries via Basecamp Perform graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks as required Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team Assist the CEO with administrative tasks and other duties as required Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements: Be based in the Philippines Have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Have experience with Facebook Ads, including setup, strategy, and optimization Have experience with Google Ads, including setup, optimization, and shopping campaigns (Google certification is desirable) Have proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Be willing to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power Have experience with graphic design using Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research Knowledge of SEO principles and practices Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello Experience with time tracking software, such as Hubstaff Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with opportunities for career growth and learning.
