Job Overview We are looking for an exceptional Digital Media Operations Leader to spearhead our client service management and team leadership efforts. As a crucial member of our Milan-based Italian advertising sales and operations team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering top-notch support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of digital media operations professionals in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients throughout all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing Develop and execute effective media plans that maximize revenue and drive client satisfaction Allocate team responsibilities, contribute to campaign management, and provide guidance and support to team members Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing Ensure that the Account Manager is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions and concerns Serve as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests related to inventory, ad products, or campaigns Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to track revenue and ensure accurate financial reporting Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support teams as needed Evaluate potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations Design, implement, review, and improve operational processes that drive quality and efficiency Analyze utilization and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield Mentor, train, and develop team members, including onboarding new hires and creating internal documentation to outline processes and best practices Work closely with regional teams and serve as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's ad tech stack and ecosystem, and follow industry developments and trends Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in digital media operations, team leadership, and client service management.
