Are you ready to take your career to new heights? **The Role** As a Director - AO Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading our airport operations team at Chicago's ORD airport. You'll oversee the execution of all aspects of airport operations, including functional exercises above and below the wing. Your key responsibilities will include: * Achieving planned financial targets and maintaining a high-performing and engaged unionized, management, and regulatory workforce * Collaborating with Association leadership to ensure fair and right organization of collective bargaining agreements and continuous positive Association Management relations * Conveying results through leadership, direction, planning, and inspiration * Driving quality metrics (OT:00, STAR, Int'l, MST, Commitment, MBTA) * Supervising Genius Group process * Station Health and Safety: + Guarantees Airplane Damage and LTI objective accomplishment + Upholds PPBM/Pack consistency + Guarantees station late weight consistency + Guarantees Mishap examination and detailing + Participates in audit sheets (PRB, SRB, and ARB) + Fills in as Government office contact (TSA, Airport Power, CBP, Police, Fire, FBI, DPU, FAM) * Employee Exercises: + Guarantees Polite, Mindful, and Deferential workplace (ECI execution) + Responsible for executing preparing program: compulsory, repetitive, and impromptu + Guarantees Worker Commitment and Enablement + Responsible for durable acknowledgment program + Upholds ability the board and progression arranging + Keeps up with shared liability regarding Health Management + Drives Issue Goal Cycle in every space of liability * Financial Execution: + Oversees piece of consolidated financial plan of $50-60M + Guarantees Cost control: cost and capital financial plans accomplishment + Oversees labor conveyance against plan + Drives Upsell execution for the station to meet or surpass objective **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent significant work experience * 7+ years of management experience in an airport operational environment * Proven results in the management of a multi-division, complex business including tasks, planned operations, business systems, execution metrics, and budgets * Proven progress in the management of people * Proven results in navigation and objective-coordinated management * Demonstrated capacity in issue ID, examination, and activity arranging and information on continuous improvement strategies * Strong experience with functional and corporate cycles and systems * Experience overseeing Health-related programs and administrative requirements * Past experience overseeing in a unionized workforce climate * Departmental Health * Administrative and Strategy consistency * Departmental preparation * Functional oversight for merchant powering activities * Functional oversight for all deicing tasks * Functional oversight for unique services regions (wheelchairs, UMNRs, etc.) * Worldwide Services and arenaflex Club support **What We Offer** As a Director - AO Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
