Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics and Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead our team in developing and managing data enablement for specialty reporting. The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to pharma, payer, operations, finance, clinical, and other stakeholders to enable specialty programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team responsible for daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pharma contractual reporting to manufacturers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create allocate, status, stock, and other reports that are legally required, ensuring data accuracy and de-identification of required data fields to comply with HITECH and HIPAA regulations. Direct the creation and analysis of data to support Pharma and Payer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including auditing data with internal stakeholders and participating in QBR meetings with external clients. Provide directional oversight for the maintenance and enhancement of pharma and payer entries/dashboards, including the preparation of Quarterly Business Review data and data analysis for both Pharma and Payer. Lead a team responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to support monthly and quarterly billing of contracted services for Pharma. Oversee the team that monitors the submission of passes to run reports, provide analysis, create and update Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for reporting requests from stakeholders across the Specialty organization. Manage a team that supports the review of Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFIs) and implementation for both Pharma and Payer. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to act as an active Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data management across the arenaflex enterprise, advising key stakeholders on technical topics and partnering to interpret and define business needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field. At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external partners, including business community, clients, and vendors, to foster strategies that meet division objectives within budget and timelines. Experience creating strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and driving cross-functional teams to achieve results. Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems. Experience managing client-facing programs and contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes, including within and outside the state. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. A Master's degree or MBA. Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C++, and others. Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts. Experience with system administration, including Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others.
