Ensure data governance and quality standards are met across the organization. * **Data Analysis and Insights**: Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. * **Pharma and Payer Partnerships**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with pharma and payer partners. Ensure data-driven insights and strategic decision-making inform partnership strategies and initiatives. * **Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)**: Lead the development and analysis of QBR data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure QBR data is accurate, complete, and actionable. * **Data-Driven Decision-Making**: Develop and maintain a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization. Ensure data insights and analytics inform business decisions and drive growth. * **Team Leadership and Development**: Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
