Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience developing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and budget. A proven track record of identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at the executive level.
