We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, bonus, equity (if relevant), and perks, to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being. **Key Responsibilities** As a Director of Data Science, you will be responsible for: * Leading the strategic evaluation of arenaflex credit metrics, credit provision, and reserve for Senior Management in Risk and Finance * Owning precise information assets/packages within Risk Finance, and becoming a subject matter expert of the applicable tools (troubleshoot issues, reconcile results, identify enhancements and automation possibilities, and train other customers to drive adoption) * Developing and maintaining preferred and ad-hoc reports used by Risk Finance and/or business partners; providing credit-associated analytical support * Developing and presenting key analyses and recommendations to Senior Management * Building and maintaining relationships across Risk Finance portfolio groups and with partners in Risk, Controllership, Tech, etc. * Providing decision-aid with a strong emphasis on growing analytics that identify trends and opportunities in the portfolio which can be used to optimize Business and Risk decisions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Advanced experience working with a combination of the following: SQL/Hive, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R, VBA, TM1 * Experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint required * Solid economic and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and draw significant conclusions, empowering our business partners to make smart, data-driven decisions * Superior attention to detail, alongside exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills * Must be results-driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within tight timelines * Desire to work on ambiguous tasks, growing clarity while achieving successful and significant outcomes * A strong work-ethic and strong interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to build and maintain relationships and successfully collaborate with team members to achieve goals * Master's degree in advanced mathematics or statistical discipline required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience in ML modeling is a plus. Additionally, experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable. **Considerations for Sponsorship** arenaflex may offer visa sponsorship for certain positions, depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the position, value, and relevant laws. **Compensation and Benefits** The anticipated salary range for this position is $55.00 to $85.00 hourly, plus bonus, equity (if relevant), and benefits.
