At blithequark, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication, where every team member feels valued and supported. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Document Controller | Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and interpreting 401k statements to extract relevant data with high precision * Entering and maintaining data in a new database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Leveraging Google Docs for data entry and record management, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary in-house database * Communicating effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms, providing timely updates and feedback * Handling 7-10 documents on a daily basis, ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms and meeting deadlines * Providing assistance with reporting needs as required, working closely with the team to meet business objectives * Navigating complex documents comfortably and efficiently, utilizing your expertise in document control and management * Working flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team * Utilizing a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of data entry and document management * Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry * Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs * Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the team and stakeholders * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your expertise and judgment to make decisions and take ownership of tasks **Nice-to-haves** While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Experience with proprietary in-house databases and PDFs for data handling and management * Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions, such as Google Drive or Dropbox * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in the 401k - RRSP Administration space * Certification in data entry or document management, such as Certified Document Controller (CDC) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) **Benefits** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical insurance to protect your health and well-being * Vision insurance to ensure your eyesight remains sharp * Dental insurance to maintain a healthy smile * Life insurance to provide peace of mind for your loved ones * Disability insurance to support you in times of need * 401(k) plan to help you save for your future **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
