As a remote customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our life-saving mission by engaging with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive. **Job Summary** As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently delivering excellent service. You'll work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
