Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Driver Helper to join our team and assist our CDL Drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering product to customer locations on designated routes. As a Driver Helper, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively, while also providing exceptional customer service and merchandising our products in stores. Key Responsibilities Travel with a Driver throughout the day to deliver, fill, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed Pick up company property and returns, and reload truck with customer returns, empty shells, and pallets Provide superior customer service and foster relationships with store management and personnel, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain accurate records and reports, including delivery records, inventory levels, and customer interactions Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing, or a related field preferred Minimum 6 months of general work experience required; experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a beverage distribution environment, or with a similar product line Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or sales Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions Ability to work in a team environment, and collaborate with others to achieve business objectives Career Growth Opportunities At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that supports the growth and development of our employees.
