About the Role We're seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to support our delivery professionals in getting onboarded quickly and efficiently. As a Driver Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for driver applicants, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless experience. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: Application Review and Eligibility Verification: Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility. Virtual Vehicle Safety Inspections: Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided). Effective Communication: Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications, providing timely updates and support. Background Check Ordering: Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using our company software. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter data into our system, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing driver applicants' concerns and resolving issues promptly. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or above preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, customer service, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using smartphone applications, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office Suite. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and verify documents. Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Onboarding: Experience in onboarding gig app workers or similar industries. Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, with high accuracy and efficiency. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary: The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
